display ads in major U.S. media.
Ads feature
pictures of humankind exploring the frontiers of sea,
space, and science -- a metaphor for NPRC exploring
the frontiers of today's most challenging public
policy issues.
Frontier solutions are found at the farthermost limits
of today's knowledge and technical capabilities.
They are discovered by those who dare to go where others
have not gone. They are used by those who have the foresight
to recognize their value.
This is the thesis of NPRC's Frontier Solutions campaign.
As governments grow increasingly competitive and citizens ever-more demanding, finding cutting-edge, frontier
solutions to today's most pressing policy issues is
perhaps the single greatest challenge confronting public
officials. A government's competitive advantage lies
in having the foresight to recognize their value and
utilize them.
As the ads remind the reader:
